

I love hiking since my teens. Meeting strangers, mysterious species of plants, flora; exploring unpolished routes or stepping onto the so-called silly signs“Ban, forbidden route” which unmask authentic wildness. Nowadays we can see many Mainland Chinese come to HK and their culture of blocking and occupying the main paths, would not bother me any longer!

Go beyond and trust your intuition! Glorious and healing because all magnificent landscapes views lie ahead there! These new discoveries make ways with time to boost confidence.
To explore the growth of plants and what make them sustain through a hard time is one of the great things to learn. Plants have life force just as human-being. They grow and become sturdy due to a variety of elements such as the wind direction, sunlight, the ability to root and uproot in adverse directions…etc. Some plants may grow even they collapse sadly, but they have the strong stems, rooting deep beneath the earthy soils or fed by eroded insects ..made them easily surpass their obstacles.
Blessed to escape from my busy teaching schedules. Now is the best time of resuming hiking til March next year and exploring Mother Nature – lifelong practice and learning to be self-reliant along the way amid my chaos and stressful life.
I am truly grateful to have the Self-healing time for balance and harmony outside my studio. Walking the path up to Mirror Waterfall, reflection popped up…
“Time for appreciating mama nature when the path is difficult. Walking in the mountain is hard enough ever my 20th, not to mention the 100 m Trial Walker challenge. To embrace being alone at a time when help cannot come quickly enough. Sooner or later, life will finally catch us with no one around!
Life long learning
Students asked, “how I can be confident?” “I always find bad about myself”?
“I feel good in your class, but after a few days, I feel down over and gain’. “How can I overcome this constant bad cycles”?
“Learning” always keep learning skills and develop your intuition in nature. Then we can turn that into an ability, talence, and skills (能) to deal with obstacles in life…. you will not lose equanimity!
This cannot be emphasized enough.
All kinds of yoga, meditations are one of the practical tools to manage stress in our society. They are the skills to learn and cope with the unknown we are ignorant about. We use sound/voice to meditate through positive affirmations or either to laugh in craziness; simply to dance with our body ….etc is a tool to shift our minds….to break our habitual patterns.
We are not striving to achieve trancelike state but to gain greater wisdom to be Self-Reliant and develop reflections.
No profound word is greater than Experience yourself!
