Received my student question – Can I maintain good mood after your class?

我們有good mood 的出現是因存在著巳經存在著的Bad mood 。這是事實！只要接受就可以保持中性心意。沒有好與不好！
“I breathe in and breathe out to the FLOW of life!”
Yogi Bhajan once said that one’s whole life is to experience both darkness and brightness without judgment.
If we always exposed to good mood in 24 hours, it will deplete us to seek excitement and infinity. Like the Sun will not shine on earth whole day, we will get burnt and become too intensified! Nature heals us so does the moon.
Do you know why there’s always hikers seeking to break their records of climbing to the peak of Himalaya?
Simply because they love to experience the darkness of the Self. Encountering setback with every frustration and just ‘Being at that moment’ embracing the bad feelings and say “How beautiful Life is!!” It will become so bored without challenge! Once we get over it, a whole brightness embarks!
Our emotions shift from moments to moments!
When you do feel bad or agitated, simply accept your pure feelings as it is without “being bad or good”! It is just a feeling! It comes and goes all the time.
There is a simple tool I always use whenever any blow hits on me! To observe my mind and simply acknowledge it ! Breathe in and breathe out for as long as I feel comfortable by bringing my eyes focused at the third eye-point – between eyebrow (Ajna chakra). Try it and see how you feel. It can be a feel-good enzyme.
Practice it before taking any conscious action.
